JULIE WAN is an experienced therapist and counsellor working with both young people and adults. Having graduated with a degree in psychology, Julie spent 20 years as a school teacher – and also taught yoga mindfulness to adults – before completing her postgraduate training at the University of Brighton in Falmer in Humanistic (Existential) Therapy. She then went on to specialise in working with children and teens. Julie aims to help her clients to discover what is holding them back from achieving their goals and to find meaning and purpose in their lives. Based in Sussex, Julie offers both short-term and long-term one-to-one private sessions and is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. MICHELE MESTRUM is an experienced therapist and counsellor specialising in relationship problems, anxiety, depression, stress and bereavement. She trained at the Metanoia Institute in London and graduated with a degree in person-centred counselling in 2005. She is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. JANE SEYMOUR is a relationship counsellor and psychosexual therapist who has her own private practice but also works as a Relate Licensed Counsellor. She works with couples and individuals, and is also a trainer for the Tavistock Centre For Couple Relationships and the Relate Life Skills Department, amongst others. Her initial training was in the psychodynamic model, but she also uses cognitive behavioural and systems techniques. Jane is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.
