Regularly practising yoga during pregnancy is a way to not only tone and strengthen your body for birth but also helps to complement your HypnoBirthing classes because it encourages mental relaxation, too.

JANE HOULDING of Radiant Yoga is an experienced Prenatal Yoga, and Mum & Baby Yoga teacher who runs classes in and around Beckenham in south London. KATHLEEN BEEGAN teaches pregnancy yoga classes in her home in Streatham, south London. The two-hour classes combine gentle stretching, toning, breathing and relaxation techniques for pregnancy and labour, and are followed by time for discussion (and tea!) The classes are friendly and relaxed, and suitable for all abilities, even if you've never done yoga before.
