HYPNOBIRTHING-RELATED TRAINING
I am a Certified HypnoBirthing™ Practitioner, having been accredited by the HypnoBirthing™ Institute.

I have undertaken doula training with the world-renowned natural-birth pioneer Michel Odent, who introduced the concept of birthing pools in maternity hospitals, and I’ve attended five births at a large London hospital.

I’ve lectured about HypnoBirthing: The Mongan Method to midwives at Croydon University Hospital, Princess Royal University Hospital, St George’s Hospital, Orpington Hospital and St Helier Hospital, and am a regular exhibitor at the Early Parenting evenings run by the first two hospitals. I also regularly host HypnoBirthing Information Evenings for birth professionals, such as doulas, student midwives and midwives.

I am a member of the Maternity Services Liaison Committee at Croydon University Hospital.

I continue to expand my knowledge of hypnotherapy and birth through Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
