IAN FERRIS, the founder of The Selsdon Wellbeing Centre, has a diploma in shiatsu from the British School of Shiatsu-Do London. Shiatsu massage treatments are performed while you're fully clothed and have been described as 'acupuncture without needles'. Ian specialises in working with pregnant women and uses shiatsu to enhance fertility, combat nausea, ease back pain and increase energy during pregnancy. It can also be used to induce labour.
