BRONEK WLODARCZYK graduated from the Academy Of Physical Education in Warsaw with a Masters degree in Sports Science And Physical Education and has been working in the fitness field for the past two decades. Over the years Coach Bronek has gained an outstanding reputation for his unorthodox approach: he's renowned for using unconventional equipment (kettlebells, sandbags, tractor tyres) and a wide variety of original exercises and techniques. Coach Bronek offers one-to-one fitness training at Destination (42-48 Great Portland Street, London W1) and Portobello Green Fitness Club (3-5 Thorpe Close, London W10 5XL). He also runs Extreme Fitness Boot Camps for small groups in West London.
SARAH MAXWELL is a fitness trainer, lifestyle consultant and mum of two who teaches group and individual post-natal pole-dancing classes in the Wimbledon area. Pole dancing is a fantastically fun (and fast!) way to regain your pre-pregnancy body - and feel sexy again. Sarah has over 15 years' experience in the fitness industry and is often quoted in the media and by broadcasters.
