Hypnosis for Blushing
We all blush when we're embarrassed, but if you blush excessively or too easily it can make you feel anxious in social situations. You may then begin to fear blushing at inappropriate times and this can set up a vicious circle in which anxiety about blushing makes you do it even more, which can lead to a phobia of blushing known as erythrophobia. Hypnotherapy doesn't seek to eliminate this natural response completely but rather to change your perception of it and also your perception of how others see you when you blush. It uses hypno-desensitisation techniques, direct suggestions and dissociation to help you cope better, along with self-hypnosis to boost your self-esteem.
